STANDARD OF DRESS:
The standard of dress for all persons entering the club is smart casual . Full compliance is a strict requirement at all times for members and visitors, in particular . VISITORS: Member’s visitors are welcome and must be signed in at the door. (Children up to 9 pm in the Members Lounge and Restaurant only) Visitors may not remain in the club unaccompanied by their host member. Further details on visiting the club are in the Bye – Laws at the back of the Association Rule Book. These are legal requirements of our Club Liquor Licence.
The machines may only be played by members and signed in visitors over 18 years of age.
Friday evenings are “Club Nights” with meat raffles conducted by the Women’s Section. There is a membership draw on Thursday and Friday nights, members must be in the club and carrying their membership card to claim the prize. A variety of raffles are also run on Thursday evenings. Bands play on various evenings throughout the year.
All members may use Darts, Snooker and Pool facilities at all times except when organised competitions and special events are in progress. Watch the respective notice boards for details about entering competitions. Allocated evenings are Monday – Ladies Darts, Tuesday – Men’s Darts, Wednesday afternoon and evening – Snooker. Weekend – Pool and card games. Monday Nights Poker.
Ladies are invited to join this lively group and take part in special events and outings. This section is an invaluable part of the club, undertaking special catering assignments for Anzac Day, funerals and other events for members. Volunteers are always needed and welcome. Please contact a committee member for more information.
CONDUCT ON LICENSED PREMISES:
The Duty Manager (Name displayed*at the bar) is the prevailing authority during opening hours. Any direction given by the Duty Manager about the conduct of any person on the premises or the security of the club itself and its property must be complied with immediately. The Duty Manager personally, as well as the club, is liable for substantial penalties for not complying with the law.
On Thursday and Friday evenings taxi service is available throughout the Peninsula and as far as Foodtown Te Atatu South. To come to the club from home ring 0800 828772, easy way to remember 0800 tatrsa Please arrange your homeward journey in consultation with the driver as he frequently needs to transport people in many different directions at the same time on busy nights.
Support Services: Assistance with hospital appointments can be arranged if family or friends are not available. For all welfare services please consult Support Advisor Ian Henry. More volunteer drivers are always welcome.
Annual subscriptions are due and payable on 31st December each year. To avoid embarrassment, prompt payment would be appreciated.
